It's FINALLY here and The Man is gone! I sound like I'm stealing from Shontell...I've been calling Jon that for years, but now it's stuck in my verbage 'cause that's all I read about in her blogs is "The Man"! Besides, it's funny because "The Man" has gone to "The Namm Show".
K, back to me.
Jon's been preparing all year to take his bass design to the NAMM show in Anaheim, which is the music industry products equivalent of THE CES Show here. If anything is going to happen, it'll start there. Keep us in your prayers. This would be a wonderful opportunity for Jon and our family if this takes off. He's gotten positive response so far and he's hoping for a door to open, even just a crack! All the international major manufacturers are there, as well as musician's, artists, etc. It'll take just one well-known to pick up his bass and fall in love with it. Right now it's being shown at a booth of one of his suppliers and they just happened to "front and center" it. Funny how that was the only room they had for it (thank you, Lord)!

The Coolest Christmas Present Ever!
If you're ever stumped for what to get your teenage boy for Christmas, I highly recommend a unicycle! They're very inexpensive and come in way cool colors. Ian asked for one this year so Santa provided! He mastered it Christmas Day and it's soooo cool watching him ride. He loves it! He also gets a major work out while riding.
